We’re proud to share that Oracle NetSuite has named GSI a Spring 2025 Solution Provider Spotlight Award Winner for the Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories category. This award recognizes leading NetSuite partners for their demonstrated success in implementing NetSuite and their outstanding work with customers.
GSI earned this recognition based on our work with CrazyShirts, an innovative casual apparel brand that started in 1964. This customer faced challenges familiar to many growing retail brands: Siloed systems, manual workflows, and fragmented reporting. With disconnected tools and a reliance on Excel for key processes, CrazyShirts needed a partner who could help them streamline operations and build for scale.
Our team led a full-scale implementation and transformation grounded in organizational change management. This included bringing stakeholders together around a unified process and shared goals. There was also a considerable amount of customizations, training, and diligent UAT to ensure that data and systems operated smoothly.
