Jean Landmesser, Director of ITSM Services
Jean Landmesser joined GSI, Inc. in January of 2019 when her ITSM consulting firm, IT Prophets, became part of GSI. Jean and her team have been working to introduce a broad range of complementary IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and services into the GSI portfolio. Today’s ITSM platforms, led by ServiceNow and BMC Software, provide extensive offerings (ServiceNow Services and BMC Services) across Service Management, Operations Management, Discovery, Customer Service Management and HR.
Landing her first IT job in 1995, Jean navigated the industry quickly deploying reporting solutions locally and internationally, and by 2000 she was a Director of Professional Services for a reseller of Remedy Corporation (now BMC Software). In 2003, Jean saw that many software resellers were interested in selling but didn’t truly have successful deployments as a top priority. She started IT Prophets with the goal of being the customer’s trusted advisor and making high quality implementations the company’s mantra. In a profession dominated mostly by people with a sales-background, Jean’s professional services background and vision paid off and the company spent the next 15 years delivering affordable, referenceable ITSM implementations. The same philosophy holds true at GSI and we enjoy increasing the level of support we can provide our customers by adding ITSM to the portfolio.
Jean lives in Canton, GA with her husband, Chris, and two children. In her free time Jean enjoys watching her kids’ sports teams, playing golf, tennis, fishing/boating, and volunteering for the SagerStrong foundation.
