    Challenges the Client Faced

    Westborn had a good problem on its hands. Its operations expanded across multiple locations, and the company recognized that its existing inventory and financial systems lacked the flexibility and speed needed to keep up. 

    It needed to upgrade from an on-premise version of Microsoft Great Plains. Reporting was slow, data was fragmented, and leadership needed more visibility to make confident decisions.

    According to CFO Ken Lundberg, “We needed better inventory and financials... the ability to slice and dice data quickly. Good reporting.” With modernization in mind, Westborn explored its options for a cloud-based solution with a proven track record and scalability to facilitate future growth.
